Postnatal Pilates: The Best Way to Recover and Rebuild

Pregnancy and childbirth can be a very demanding period for your body. It is important that postnatal mums get the right help to recover postnatally, rebuild their strength and prevent postpartum onset of any injuries or postural problems.

After delivery, it's important to take care of your body and give yourself time to heal. Postpartum recovery can be difficult with all the new changes happening both physically and emotionally. Postnatal Pilates can again be extremely beneficial at this time. It helps increase strength and flexibility post-birth, while helping to correct abdominal separation and rehab your pelvic floor. Postnatal Pilates is a great way to start your post-birth journey back to fitness, and here at Articulate you're welcome to bring bub with you too!
