Clinic Changes in Response to Covid-19

We are currently living through unprecedented times and the government is making announcements daily. As a health clinic we have been advised that we are to continue operating in order to provide a service that reduces the strain on emergency department presentations. As clinicians we are playing an important role in continuing to keep the community healthy, and there are no government restrictions on our clinician led services and physiotherapy appointments at this time. We have however implemented multiple new policies and technology in order to continue to give the highest level of care, and keep our community safe.

Telehealth Video Appointments
For those who are unable to physically attend the clinic we are now offering Telehealth Video Consultations via Physitrack, or of course can offer phone consultations where needed. There is an attachment to this email indicating how you can download it to your phone or computer. This app will allow us to maintain secure communication with you and continue to provide the high level of service you have come to expect from us at Articulate. We will also be enacting stricter hygiene measures at the clinic. We ask for your patience as between clients we disinfect the space. This may result in you having to briefly wait outside clinic rooms, and we thank you in advance for your patience during this time. We are also able to wear masks and gloves when treating upon request.

Pilates Classes
We have extended expiry dates on passes indefinitely and to reduce interactions between staff and clients we will be removing group Pilates classes as they currently stand. This is temporary but we believe it will aid in helping to enforce physical distancing and reduce the spread.

In order to allow you the community that has supported us from our beginning we wish to continue to honour passes wherever possible and will be opening times for 30min 1-on-1 sessions for Pilates in clinic (1 x pass = 1 x 30 minute private session). For now all clinic group Pilates classes have been cancelled.

If you would like to book a one-on-one session please reply to this email at your convenience and we will start to slot people in.
