As highly trained clinicians and health professionals our team is able to discuss whether an in-person or online consultation is more appropriate, and has access to protective equipment to keep both staff and patients safe. Telehealth Video Online Consultations For those who are unable to physically attend the clinic we are now offering Telehealth Video Consultations via Physitrack, or of course can offer phone consultations where needed. The Australian Physiotherapy Association stated yesterday: Physio telehealth has been used in a variety of settings for some time. It is safe, it is effective and it is the right thing to do to reduce infection rates in our communities. Several private health funds have agreed to provide benefits for individual (one on one) physiotherapy teleconsultations from April 14th. Health fund members should check with their health fund to see if they will cover tele-physiotherapy consultations. There is a PDF below with information on how you can prepare for your telehealth appointment through Physitrack. This app will allow us to maintain secure communication with you and continue to provide the high level of service you have come to expect from us at Articulate.
