Tarragindi Next Dates Tuesdays 6:00pm - 7:00pm May 31st - June 21st June 28th - July 19th $120 per person Maximum 4 students per class Includes a free physiotherapist assessment and Axit strength test before the course commences (valued at $50) Our Introduction to Pilates 4 Week Course is the perfect place to begin your Pilates journey! If you're looking to learn the foundations of Pilates, including the breathing, the equipment (like our Pilates reformers) and basic anatomy then this is the perfect place to start! With a focus on precision, Pilates helps to increase body awareness and strength, improve posture and range of motion as well as increasing overall fitness.
