Our 6 Week Prenatal Course is the perfect course for mums-to-be looking to stay fit, healthy and comfortable during pregnancy. Our highly trained physios and Pilates teachers all hold expert qualifications, and with small group classes of just 5, you'll be guaranteed to get the personal attention you need to keep you safe. You'll also meet women in a similar stage of pregnancy to you - the perfect opportunity to make new mum friends!
If you have any specific conditions or pain we recommend booking a private assessment with one of our physiotherapists before commencing. We recommend waiting until your 2nd trimester to start the course, and encourage mums to continue attending all the way up to 40 weeks.
With a focus on precision, Pilates helps to increase body awareness and strength, improve posture and range of motion as well as increasing overall fitness and is incredibly safe during pregnancy. In the course of the 6 weeks, we'll focus on:
Strengthening and learning to relax the pelvic floor
Postural discomfort during pregnancy
All mats and props are included. We allow 1 makeup class per course. Refunds only with a medical certificate.
