Working closely with our physiotherapists, Isabel is able to completely tailor your treatment to any existing conditions.
Remedial massage incorporates a variety of hands-on-techniques and assisted stretches in order to loosen muscles and connective tissues, as well as improving circulation and blood flow and assisting in lymphatic fluid removal as well as the removal of waste products from exercise. Isabel will conduct a thorough assessment with you in order to customise the massage completely to you each session, and will completely adjust the pressure used to suit. About our Remedial Massage Therapist Isabel
Isabel has been part of the Articulate family from the very beginning and is now offering Remedial Massage services! In 2008 Isabel graduated from Physiotherapy in Brazil and went on to run her own Physiotherapy and Pilates business there before moving to Australia 3 years ago. She is currently validating her physiotherapy qualifications in Australia, having already passes the written exams and waiting to do her clinical exams shortly. She has experience with athletes, pregnancy and older populations just to name a few. She is also a qualified Pilates teacher with over 11 years experience.
