Sarah is a passionate musculoskeletal physiotherapist with a strong background in clinical Pilates and rehabilitation. She holds a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Griffith University and has completed extensive training in Pilates-based rehabilitation, allowing her to take a holistic and movement-focused approach to patient care.
Sarah has professional experience in both private practice and rehabilitation settings, treating a diverse range of patients with musculoskeletal conditions, post-operative recovery needs, and persistent pain. She has a special interest in dance physiotherapy, leveraging her personal background in ballet, contemporary, and tap dance to support performing artists in injury prevention and recovery.
