Our Balance & Bones Exercise Classes are delivered by Accredited Exercise Physiologists (AEPs) and combine progressive resistance training, weight-bearing exercises, balance retraining, and education to support people at risk of osteoporosis, osteopenia, low bone mineral density, falls, or fractures. They are particularly beneficial for peri- and menopausal women wanting to maintain or improve their bone mineral density, as well as and older adults seeking to maintain independence, functional strength and confidence in movement!
Make-Ups, Cancellations & Transfers
Whilst we understand that life happens unfortunately due to small class sizes we are generally only able to guarantee one make up in another Balance & Bones intake and cannot promise specific days or times, however we will always try to accommodate in any way possible. We ask that you always try and attend in the course that you have booked into. No refunds are possible once courses have commenced, and we can only arrange a transfer to another intake with a minimum of 7 days notice prior to the course commencing.
