With over 10 years clinical experience and a passion for complex cases and performance enhancement, he's the person to figure out whatever is going on. He's a lover of movement in all it's forms - he runs, swims, rock-climbs, practices yoga and Pilates and walks his cheeky pup daily. Mauricio is renowned for his sense of humour, ability to explain things well and his belief that you have the ability to fix yourself with the right prescription of movement. He'll make you work hard, but you'll thank him for it in the end!

Dan has been practicing physiotherapy for over 10 years in both Australia and the UK. He loves working with clients to understand what their issue is and to form a plan to achieve the desired result. He’s a strong believer in educating his clients so that they have a great understanding of their issue and the best way to achieve their goals. Always one to practice what he preaches, Dan loves being outdoors; surfing, mountain biking and playing golf. Dan also has a passion for utilising exercise to get the most out of life.

Isabel has been a Pilates instructor since 2009, certified through the Pilates Method Alliance (PMA) since 2014. She holds a Diploma and Cert IV and her experience includes teaching individuals and groups of Pilates classes on the mat or with apparatuses. She is a qualified physiotherapist in Brazil (graduating her physiotherapy degree in 2008), and moved to Australia 2 years ago, basing herself originally in Sydney before recently making the move to sunny Brisbane.
In Brazil Isabel ran her own Physiotherapy and Pilates practice, and loves to work with individuals with different injuries and physical fitness levels. She has experience with athletes, pregnant women, and the elderly, just to name a few! She is currently validating her Physiotherapy degree in Australia, having passed the written exam and waiting for the clinical exams next year. She is warm, friendly energetic and promises to give you a strong class (or a gentle one if you ask nicely!).

Sarah has always been interested in physical activity - from sport as a kid to that amazing feeling you get when connected with nature and getting your hike/swim/ride on!! She decided to study a Bachelor of Applied Science-Human Movements and this lead her to understand more about health and the fascinating ways individuals can be supported to work through challenges and improve outcomes using exercise as medicine. Sarah graduated from The University of Queensland in 2010 and have been an Accredited Exercise Physiologist for 10yrs, working in various health settings in Australia and the UK. She is passionate about empowering individuals to be informed and educated about their health and actively participate in their health care experience. Sarah loves to work with clients to improve their quality of life through optimising their participation in daily activities.
