OUR PILATES CLASSES ARE NOW RUNNING IN STUDIO
From June 8th Articulate's Pilates Studio is reopen in line with easing of Level 2 Restrictions in Qld!
Our classes will be running in line with our new Covid Safe plan and bookings, numbers and social distancing will be strictly adhered to.
As per Level 2 Guidelines we will be working on class sizes of 5 or under with a maximum of 1 person per 10m2. Classes will finish 5 minutes early to ensure cleaning and disinfecting of the equipment between each class, and to minimise the number of people in clinic at any one time.

CONTEMPORARY PILATES
Contemporary Pilates classes combine classical exercises as created by Joseph Pilates, with modern adaptations and equipment integrating current knowledge drawn from biomechanics, sports science and physiotherapy. |
PILATES FOR STRENGTH
With a focus on precision and the ability to target smaller muscle groups, Pilates builds targeted strength throughout the entire body in order to increase functionality, decrease injury risk and increase performance in whatever activities you want to take part in! These classes use resistance targeted at your current strength level, and are designed to challenge and safely load increasing overall strength, endurance and mobility. |
CLASSICAL PILATES
Classical Pilates typically takes place in a fully equipped studio environment. The classes pay homage to the work of Joseph Pilates, and stick as closely as possible to his original series of movements; each one performed in a specific order, and designed to build on the one before it. In order for this form of Pilates to be effective, it needs to be taught by highly trained instructors of Joseph’s method. |
