Member of Australian Physiotherapy Association Musculoskeletal and Dry Needling Groups Coming from a background in IT, Yulia completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy in New Zealand before moving to Melbourne and then Brisbane where she now calls home. She grew up in Russia and worked for 6 years in IT/Telecommunications in New Zealand before switching her career to healthcare, inspired by her grandma who was a cardiologist. Drawing on her first university degree in linguistics and her IT experience Yulia shows an incredible knowledge around systems, of which human body is the most fascinating example. As a physiotherapist she is a meticulous practitioner with the drive to find a source of every problem and make a positive lasting change in each patient's life. She strives to provide a holistic approach to her clients treating not only an injured body part but seeing the whole person attached to it. Her special interest areas include:
In her spare time she enjoys good food and wine, salsa dancing, and spending time in nature be it a beach or a forest. She enjoys working with injuries from ballet, swimming, mountain biking, roller-skating and snowboarding, all of which she enjoys and understands.
