Our 8 Week Postnatal Pilates Course Details.
$275 per person
includes a coffee at Dijon Toasties next door after Week 1
We are able to provide an invoice for Private Health claiming under code 596. We encourage you to check in with your fund before booking to make sure you are covered.

Our Tarragindi Postnatal Pilates | Mums & Bubs Reformer Pilates blocks are a fantastic way to get back into movement post birth! We recommend waiting until you have been given the all clear from your medical team before commencing exercise (minimum 6 weeks postpartum) and if they raise any concerns we do recommend a full physio consultation before starting.
We encourage you to bring bub along to these classes - and we have a lovely reception space out the back perfect for feeding, and our team is more than happy to give bubs a cuddle where needed. With a maximum of 6 per class this is a great way to make new parent friends, while still making sure you get the expert attention that you need during this period.
With a focus on precision, Pilates helps to increase body awareness and strength, improve posture and range of motion as well as increasing overall fitness. In each 8 week block we'll work on:
Pelvic floor rehab
Rebuilding abdominal strength (including in cases of diastasis recti)
Improving posture and movement patterns
Increasing overall strength, fitness and endurance post-partum
Releasing tight muscles from hours of nursing and holding
All mats and props are included.

Cancellations
Whilst we understand that life happens (especially with little ones) unfortunately due to small class sizes we are generally only able to guarantee one make up in another postnatal intake and cannot promise specific days or times, however we will always try to accommodate in any way possible. We ask that you always try and attend in the course that you have booked into. No refunds once courses have commenced, and we can only arrange a transfer to another intake with 7 days notice.
