Our intimate class sizes with a maximum of 5 students led by our physiotherapists, exercise physiologists or Diploma Qualified Pilates teachers are the ultimate in technique, precision and tailoring to you.
Our Intro Pass is the perfect way to check us out and become friendly with the equipment we have here - reformers, trapezius table, Wunda chair, ladder & barrel as well as bands, balls and circles.
Valued at $105 our intro pass is just $55 and gives you 3 x 1 hr classes.
