Our intimate class sizes with a maximum of 6 students led by our physiotherapists, exercise physiologists or Diploma Qualified Pilates teachers are the ultimate in technique, precision and tailoring to you.
Our classes utlise reformers, trapezius table, Wunda chair, ladder & barrel as well as bands, balls and circles.
