Here at articulate. our Pilates classes are a little different! You won't find a room filled with 20 reformers or exercise on a TV. Our intimate class sizes with a maximum of 5 students led by our physiotherapists, exercise physiologists or Diploma Qualified Pilates teachers are the ultimate in technique, precision and tailoring to you.
Our classes utlise reformers, trapezius tables, Wunda chairs, ladder & barrels as well as bands, balls and circles.
Must be used within 6 months.
