We are able to provide an invoice for Private Health claiming under code 596. We encourage you to check in with your fund before booking to make sure you are covered.

Our Postnatal Pilates blocks are a fantastic way to get back into movement post birth! We recommend waiting until you have been given the all clear from your medical team before commencing exercise (minimum 6 weeks postpartum) and if they raise any concerns we do require a physio consultation before starting.

Whilst we understand that life happens (especially with little ones) unfortunately due to small class sizes we are generally only able to guarantee one make up in another postnatal intake. We ask that you endeavour to stay in the course you are booked into.
