Our 8 Week Prenatal Course is the perfect course for mums-to-be looking to stay fit, healthy and comfortable during pregnancy. Our highly trained physios and Pilates teachers all hold expert qualifications, and with small group classes of just 5, you'll be guaranteed to get the personal attention you need to keep you safe. You'll also meet women in a similar stage of pregnancy to you - the perfect opportunity to make new mum friends!
