There are many different types of classes available nowadays, so there's sure to be one that fits your interests and fitness level. Plus, attending group classes can help keep you motivated - especially when you feel like skipping a workout day! Set Realistic Goals One of the main reasons people give up on their new year's resolutions is because they set unrealistic goals for themselves. It's important to remember that Rome wasn't built in a day and that the same goes for getting fit. Start by setting small goals that are achievable within a weeks or months, and then gradually increase your activity level as you go. This will make it easier for you to stay on track and ensure that new year's resolution doesn't get pushed to the side.
